The Advertising Department of the Free Lance-Star, a division of The Berkshire Hathaway Media Group, is seeking a dynamic sales and marketing professional to join our team. We are willing to suggest comprehensive training and a period of assured commission for the successful, high-energy candidate.

Previous media sales practice is preferred, but not required. Digital/Internet skill is a plus.

Our professional Advertising Consultants are paid a base salary, mileage offset and have the potential uncapped commission earnings. Paid vacation, holidays and health care insurance are standard benefits.

The Advertising Development Specialist is responsible for producing revenue for The Free Lance-Star through the sale of advertising products and services to national, regional and local employers and agencies. The Advertising Development Specialist sells primarily through phone, screen share collaboration and email and is required to make outside sales calls as necessary.
